Project Overview

JD&Co. Creative served in an interim Creative Director role for DFS Group, leading in-house creative teams across New York and Hong Kong while supporting the brand’s global marketing initiatives.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, we directed a wide range of projects spanning campaign development, editorial design, illustration, photography art direction, customer loyalty programs, retail promotions, and luxury event branding.

Our work included creative leadership for the Masters of Time 10th Anniversary celebration, the global DFS Holiday Gift Guide, Loyal T customer loyalty initiatives, and brand campaigns such as Love of Travel and First Class Beauty, helping strengthen DFS’s presence as one of the world’s leading luxury travel retailers.

Masters of Time 10th Anniversary Book Sleeve

The Challenge

JD&Co. Creative provided creative leadership across multiple global initiatives, overseeing concept development, art direction, editorial design, illustration, photography direction, and campaign execution.

For Masters of Time, DFS’s prestigious luxury watch and jewelry showcase, we led the branding, editorial design, and visual direction for the event’s 10th Anniversary celebration. We also designed the DFS Holiday Gift Guide, a global publication distributed throughout DFS locations worldwide.

The Solution

For Loyal T, DFS’s customer loyalty program, we collaborated with the internal creative team to develop mascot concepts and visual assets, ultimately helping create Cloud, a distinctive mascot that became part of the program’s customer engagement efforts. The character later appeared across the #HeyCloud campaign and related promotional materials.

Additional work included custom illustrations and campaign assets for First Class Beauty and Love of Travel, as well as art direction for photography and supporting creative materials used across retail, digital, social media, and promotional applications.

The Results
